Cooking class to learn how to hand-roll the dough like the real italian “sfogline,” expert pasta makers who are part of the exceptional heritage of our Emilia territory.
The main purpose of this cooking class is to create a fun and engaging team building experience through the preparation of fresh egg dough. This activity will not only develop culinary skills, but also collaboration, communication and creativity within the team.
The activity will be structured in a 2-3 hour session, offering enough time to learn from a real ‘rezdora’ (Emilian term for the traditional ‘housewife’).
The activity will be arranged depending on the number of people participating and at the end there will be a tasting moment to evaluate the result of the teamwork.
Equipment provided for the activity:
– Kitchen equipment (pasta cutter, rolling pin, etc.).
– kitchen apron
– Tables and workspaces
This cooking class will not only give participants culinary skills, but also a unique team building experience that will foster a sense of belonging and collaboration within the group.
