Pasta Cooking Class in Modena – Learn to Make Fresh Pasta by Hand

In this authentic and hands-on cooking class, you’ll learn how to roll out pasta dough with a wooden rolling pin, just like it’s done in Modena’s home kitchens.

In a warm and welcoming atmosphere, each participant will knead, roll and shape their own fresh pasta — tagliatelle, tortelloni or lasagne — following the expert gestures of local masters.

Beyond a simple cooking lesson, this is a fun and engaging team-building experience, perfect for groups and companies looking to share creativity and cooperation around the table.

The class lasts about 2–3 hours and concludes with a tasting of the freshly made pasta, paired with a glass of local wine. All equipment and ingredients (rolling pins, cutters, aprons, fresh produce) are provided.
